Three pieces of news: a sales office in Lisbon, our expansion into the United States and the possibility of offering you tax and accounting advice in Europe.
All three share one goal: to help every Odoo user in Europe and the United States know, use and get 100% out of Odoo on the financial, accounting and tax side. And all three rely on partnerships with specialist companies and professionals.

The goal: 100% of Odoo in finance, accounting and taxes
A company can have Odoo and use only part of it. We want every company on Odoo, wherever it is, to have its three layers well covered: financial, accounting and tax.
1. Know
Understand what Odoo does in finance, accounting and taxes, what it already solves for you and where you need to check. Every country has its own rules and deadlines.
2. Use
Post invoices, banks and entries in an optimal, safe and efficient way. Prepare taxes by reviewing the data in Odoo, so they are balanced and backed up.
3. Get the most out of it
Turn Odoo data into reliable, on-time reports, so you can decide with confidence and speed. Fewer tickets, fewer mistakes and more time for your business.
New sales office in Lisbon
We are opening a sales office in Lisbon (Portugal). It brings us closer to the companies and professionals working between Spain and Portugal.
If your company has customers, suppliers or activity in Portugal, you now have a point of contact there. Portugal has its own tax and accounting rules: we review them with you, case by case, so your Odoo works well in both countries.
In addition, Qubiq, one of our official collaborators, has offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Bilbao and Lisbon.
Expansion into the United States
We are also making the leap to the United States. If your company already operates there, or wants to, write to us and we will see how to support you.
The rules change there: there are federal, state and local taxes, and there is no federal VAT like the European one. Odoo is configured for each country, but it should be reviewed with financial, accounting and tax judgement.
We have collaborators in this market too: Binhex, a technical Odoo partner, has a presence in the US and in Spain.
Tax and accounting advice in Europe
We are opening the possibility for Contaldia to advise you on tax and accounting in Europe, not just in Spain.
Every country has its own rules and deadlines. That is why we study each case with you before proposing anything and, when needed, we do it hand in hand with a local collaborator.
The idea is simple: a company that uses Odoo in Europe can count on a team that knows Odoo from the inside and also knows the financial, accounting and tax side.
We grow through partnerships
We do not do it alone. Contaldia handles your company’s tax, accounting and payroll in Odoo and, for everything else, works with specialist companies: technical Odoo partners, AI telephony and cybersecurity, plus an international presence.

International: Think Wise
We have signed a collaboration agreement with Think Wise, a technical Odoo partner based in Egypt with projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. They implement and maintain Odoo in commerce, industry and retail.
If your company works with Egypt or Saudi Arabia, you have a technical Odoo partner with experience there. And if you are already a Think Wise customer and need tax, accounting or payroll in Spain, Contaldia serves you directly in your Odoo.
AI telephony: Ringover
In 2026 Contaldia signed a collaboration agreement with Ringover, the cloud telephony platform that integrates natively with Odoo. Calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages are logged on each customer record, with AI call summaries and transcripts.

Another telephony collaborator is Costa Networks, a telecom operator since 2011 that brings landline, mobile and WhatsApp into Odoo, with AI agents that answer, qualify and log every interaction.
Cybersecurity: Nexoloop and Obelisk
Your financial and tax data lives in Odoo: protecting it is part of using it well. That is why we work with two cybersecurity collaborators.
Managed Microsoft services for SMEs: Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud and security. ISO/IEC 27001 certified and compliant with the Spanish National Security Scheme (ENS) at the High level.
Practical cybersecurity for SMEs: diagnosis, audits of web, infrastructure and email, and an annual plan. A clear report with priorities, without the bureaucracy of a big consultancy.
